Surgical Instrument Repair Service

Description: Requires a Contractor to provide monthly on-site same day services, to repair, refurbish, and assess for replacement, surgical instrument for use in operating room procedures, for rigid sterilization containers, and for case carts used for instrument transport. Preventive Maintenance (PM), scheduled repairs, refurbishment and assessment for replacement shall include but is not limited to all specialty trays by service (Ortho, ENT, etc.) scissors, osteotomes, curettes, periosteal elevators, gouges, knives to include sizes from micro to amputation, rongeurs, bone cutters, pin cutters, burrs, drill bits, all surgical forceps/clamps, all retractors, and all needle holders to include insert replacement. Contractor shall track refurbishing history by set to determine service schedule rotation. See attached file.
