Description: The City of Long Beach seeks a contractor to provide voluntary surgical and medical procedures through vetted Centers of Excellence for employees and dependents enrolled in the City's Anthem Blue Cross PPO plan. Services cover pre- and post-care for knee, hip, orthopedic, shoulder, spine, heart, weight-loss, and oncology procedures, with concierge scheduling, follow-up coordination, multilingual support, a secure member platform, and HIPAA compliance. The contract has a two-year base term with options for three additional one-year renewals, for a maximum five-year period, and services will primarily be provided in the Long Beach area.
