Surface Grinding (Cold Planing) Asphalt Services

Description: The City of Napa’s Public Works Department seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide asphalt surface grinding (cold planing) services on an as-needed basis from March through November to support municipal paving and roadway maintenance. Work will be assigned through task orders, with no minimum volume guaranteed, and the City plans to award up to one multi-year agreement with a not-to-exceed amount of up to $600,000. The services may also support other Public Works and Utilities needs, including pavement removal for water and wastewater infrastructure work.
