Description: The City of Madison is soliciting sealed bids for a one-year contract to perform in-place asphalt and cold-milling work on municipal roads from January 1 through December 31, 2027. The work includes asphalt overlay, minor asphalt repair, major asphalt repair, and cold milling, with bidders submitting one sealed envelope in accordance with the bid sheet. Bids are due at 10:00 a.m. on November 20, 2026, and the contract is to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
