Sunset Park Playground (Request for Proposal)

Description: Construction of a new playground. Play area of 65’x85’ with concrete border, appropriate sub-surface, grading and drainage. Pour-in-place or tile surfacing with accessible connection to existing sidewalk. Landscape Architects shall provide separate alternate pricing for each surfacing option. Main play feature consisting of a rope-and-cable climbing playground for ages 6–12 of at least 475 square feet, or a functionally equivalent playground structure of equal or greater size and comparable quality and play value. Three-bay minimum swing set. Two benches on pad or with pads. One trash receptacle located near the sidewalk.
