Description: Project includes the addition of secure entrance with a canopy, along with minor renovations at this connection point to the existing building. The project also includes renovations. Improvements will include updates to the mechanical and electrical systems, as well as new interior construction consisting of steel stud and drywall partitions, casework, and new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. Anticipated bid packages: 1 general construction; 2 aluminum and glazing; 3 cold metal framing/drywall; 4 suspended ceiling systems; 5 tiling/carpet/base; 6 painting; 7 fire suppression; 8 mechanical complete (plumbing/hvac); 9 electrical complete (electrical/communications/safety and security).
