District-Wide Student & Group Transportation RFP
Parkway School District is soliciting proposals from qualified passenger transportation contractors for as-needed chartered bus, mini-motor coach, shuttle, and standard school bus services. The services will support district-sponsored athletics, bands, choirs, fine arts, academic clubs, extracurricular activities, field trips, and other educational travel. Questions are due July 29, 2026, and the intent to bid and proposal response are due August 5, 2026; this is an active RFP rather than a grant program.
