Student Support and Intervention Management System RFP

Description: Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools is seeking a strategic partner to provide a Student Support and Intervention Management System that advances its Every Student Known initiative and supports student well-being and academic success. The selected contractor will deliver a fully hosted web-based case-management solution covering referrals, academic and behavioral intervention plans, session logging, attendance support, risk assessments, reintegration planning, contact logs, and reporting. The system must integrate with existing MNPS data systems, support 3,000 concurrent users, provide high availability, configurable permissions and dashboards, secure document storage, and FERPA compliance over a contract term of up to 60 months.
