Student Loan Billing & Collection Support Services RFP
The Kansas Board of Regents is seeking qualified vendors to provide student loan billing, servicing, payment processing, borrower communication, account maintenance, reporting, reconciliation, and collection support services. The services will cover loan and repayment obligations administered by the Board using the vendor’s existing or commercially available servicing environment. The solicitation does not seek custom software development or a state-owned billing platform; required borrower portals, payment processing, reporting, data exchange, and related technology must be provided and maintained by the vendor.
