Public notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Bernards Township Board of Education (the "Board") for Student Transportation School Related Activities ("Services"). The Board will award one or more contracts for the Services. Bids must be submitted by either regular mail, Federal Express or United Parcel Service, or delivered in person to the offices of the Bernards Township Board of Education, located at 101 Peachtree Road, Basking Ridge, New Jersey 07920 (the "Board Office"), prior to the time of opening at 1:00 P.M. on November 10, 2026 All bids submitted shall bear the name and address of the Bidder and shall be endorsed "STUDENT TRANSPORTATION FOR ANNUAL ATHLETIC SKI TRIPS 2026-2027 Bid Number 26T001." Bids received after the above time shall not be accepted and/or opened. Bids will be open in person. The specifications and bid documents for the Services may be obtained from the Board's Transportation Supervisor, Janet Lubaszka, by emailing jlubaszka@bernardsboe.com Monday through Friday during normal business hours. All bids must be submitted on the bid form contained in these specifications. Bids which are not submitted on such form may be rejected. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31, et seq., and N.J.A.C 17:27 Affirmative Action. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
