Streetscape Landscape and Planter Maintenance

Description: The City of Des Moines Public Works Department seeks a qualified landscaping contractor to maintain streetscapes, planter beds, bioswales and rain gardens in commercial districts and rights-of-way during 2027. Work includes seasonal clean-outs, weed control, mulching, watering, fertilization, plant replacement and annual flower installations, with some optional services for Beaverdale planters. The contract also calls for a post-award kickoff meeting and quarterly performance reviews.
