Street Patching - City of Tega Cay RFP

Description: Street patching project to include multiple locations. All utility locates are the responsibility of the contractor. Remove any visible tree roots in the project area. Repair any damage to any private property during the project, including but not limited to irrigation and landscaping. Remove and dispose of damaged existing asphalt. Allow for unsuitable undercut as needed. Adequate compaction of aggregate base is required. Proof rolling may be required on the large patches. New asphalt shall be SC Surface Type C. Replace approximately 126 tons of asphalt with 4” depth. Adequate emulsified asphalt shall be applied to all cut asphalt edges before new asphalt is installed.
