For Bar Screens 1, 2, 4, 5, and 8: The removal of upper and lower rake drive sprockets, lower bearing assembly, chains, and scraper plates; removal of various quantities of damaged rake teeth segments; Furnish and installation of new sprockets, bearings, chains, scraper plates, and rake teeth segments (including hardware); a 7-day test run. For Wash Presses (WAP) 1, 2, 4, 5, and 8: Removal of, then furnish and installation of the brush, bearing kit, and wear bars; a 7-day test run. Furnish and install new auger, new hardware, and new parts to complete the installation of the auger in WAP 2.
