Stormwater Sampling, Monitoring, Reporting and Support - Fresno RFP

Description: Industrial Stormwater General Permit (General Permit) obligations at Fresno TASM-G in support of its broader mission to maintain operational readiness. Specifically, the Contractor will be responsible for conducting monthly inspections, collecting and analyzing stormwater samples, reviewing and uploading analytical results to the California Stormwater Multipole Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS), completing the Annual Evaluation and Annual Report in SMARTS, and providing a Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner (QISP) to complete the required support services should the site require Exceedance Response Actions (ERAs).
