Steris Medivator Service Agreement RFP

Description: The contractor shall: Provide initial phone contact with designated facility staff within four (4) hours of a service call being placed by the facility staff. Perform unscheduled repair service on the Medivators Endoscope Reprocessors onsite between the hours of 8am and 5pm local time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays or weekends. Services will include repair parts, labor, and travel. Contractor must respond within 48 hours for one Medivator down. If both Medivators Endoscope Reprocessors are down, the response time shall be 24 hours. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance service onsite which includes inspection and evaluation of the Medivators Endoscope Reprocessors or cabinets and replacement of components parts and PM kits.
