Statewide Concrete Qualified Vendors List (QVL) (For Additional Vendors)

Description: The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing is seeking additional vendors for a statewide Qualified Vendors List for concrete purchased by state agencies on an as-needed basis. Vendors may provide concrete in one or more Missouri counties, must participate in the State's Cooperative Procurement Program, and must satisfy applicable Buy American, industry-standard, registration, certification, and compliance requirements. The contract period runs from award through May 31, 2027, with vendors expected to respond to agency quote requests and deliver concrete on weekdays as specified.
