The Contractor shall provide office space with the following general characteristics: Boundaries for location: within D’Iberville city limits or Biloxi city limits, excluding Biloxi peninsula of the gulf coast.; Office space: Minimum of 1,600 square feet to accommodate 8 federal employees. The space must be move-in ready with no tenant improvements required prior to occupancy.; Rental shall be full service to include all utilities, janitorial services, triple net costs, etc. included in the monthly rental rate.; The office space shall meet the minimum requirements identified in the International Building Code for office space occupancies (HVAC, Flooring, wall, ceiling finishes, restrooms).
