Stagecoach Road Construction Phase II RFP

Description: The City of Killeen is soliciting sealed bids for Project 27-10, Stagecoach Road Construction Phase II, with responses submitted through its eProcurement Portal or by sealed envelope/mail until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. The bid schedule includes roadway excavation and removal of existing base and asphalt, topsoil placement, seeding, lime treatment, and dense-graded hot-mix asphalt paving.
