St. Paul Campus NE District Infrastructure Improvements (Request For Proposals)

Description: Provide design services for infrastructure improvements - will extend district chilled water infrastructure and connect existing facilities to the district system, including associated in-building mechanical modifications, described in detail below. The project will also coordinate civil/site restoration, limited electrical/duct bank improvements, new oit/fiber infrastructure, and traffic/parking needs within the limits of excavation.
