Description: Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) is conducting market research for U.S. vendors with naval ship repair, modernization, and dry-docking experience who can perform on-site in Japan. Anticipated work covers ship repair, modernization, dry-docking, maintenance, and preservation at Yokosuka and Sasebo, including two Selected Restricted Availabilities, five Surface Incremental Availabilities, and other maintenance; relevant disciplines include hull, propulsion, electrical, command and surveillance, auxiliary systems, outfitting, armament, engineering, woodwork, and titanium piping. This is an open Sources Sought notice for planning and market research—not a formal solicitation, RFP, or RFQ—and responses are due October 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PDT.
