SRF-JRMC Ship Repair, Modernization, and Maintenance Support for Forward Deployed Naval Forces
Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) is conducting market research for U.S. vendors with naval ship repair, modernization, and dry-docking experience who can perform on-site in Japan. Anticipated work covers ship repair, modernization, dry-docking, maintenance, and preservation at Yokosuka and Sasebo, including two Selected Restricted Availabilities, five Surface Incremental Availabilities, and other maintenance; relevant disciplines include hull, propulsion, electrical, command and surveillance, auxiliary systems, outfitting, armament, engineering, woodwork, and titanium piping. This is an open Sources Sought notice for planning and market research—not a formal solicitation, RFP, or RFQ—and responses are due October 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PDT.
