Removal of windows, baseboard and underlying mastic in designated rooms. Prevention of contamination from dust and debris generated by asbestos removal activities by providing containment around the work area. Application of elastomeric caulking (compatible with the elastomeric sealant described below in the downspouts section) to the exterior of all eight previously installed windows to seal against water intrusion.
