The selected contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to complete the turn-key installation, including: Supply and installation of two (2) 9,000 BTU, six (6) 12,000 BTU, three (3) 18,000 BTU, (3) 24,000 BTU units. Supply and installation of fourteen (14) matching indoor wall-mounted evaporator units with remote controls. Running all necessary electrical control wiring, copper refrigerant lines, and condensate drain piping. Testing, and cleaning up the work area upon completion.

HVAC System Replacement RFP
Work consist of recover and properly dispose of all existing refrigerant in accordance with applicable regulation, remove and properly dispose of the existing indoor and outdoor equipment for three (3) split hvac systems, furnish and install three (3) new outdoor condensing/heat-pump units, compatible indoor evaporator coils and furnaces/air-handling equipment, furnish and install new refrigerant line sets for all three systems, evacuate and vacuum each new system to manufacturer specifications and leak-test all refrigerant lines and connections before startup.
