Construction Doc2436301117 Columbia Slough Outfall 57
The City’s Environmental Services Bureau will install stormwater-treatment facilities in Portland’s Portsmouth neighborhood to capture, slow, and filter runoff before it reaches the Columbia Slough. Planned improvements include underground treatment structures, such as filter vaults and sedimentation facilities, along with select green-street planters. The project aims to reduce pollution, improve water quality, and support healthier fish and wildlife habitat.
