Special Notice - RFO-FAR 37.202-1 Avoiding personal services contracts
The Environmental Protection Agency issued a Special Notice (RFO-FAR 37.202-1) effective January 28, 2026 that establishes mandatory identification and communication protocols to avoid personal services contracts and ensure contractor personnel do not appear to be Government employees.
