The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is soliciting proposals under this Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) to support research for the Office of Infrastructure Research and Development. The BAA seeks a variety of solutions to address strategic objectives in highway infrastructure research, with proposals accepted during individual calls throughout the life of the announcement.
