The Authority utilizes legal services in the following practice areas: Casino Control Act (Authority enabling legislation), Commercial Lending, Commercial and Construction Litigation (including bankruptcy), Condemnation and Eminent Domain, Labor and Employment, Environmental, Government (Public Agency Governance). Public Contracts, Real Estate, Redevelopment and Land Use.
