Special Conflict Attorney (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Provide special conflict attorney services. The Township’s Special Conflicts Counsel may be an individually licensed attorney or law firm that handles special legal matters as directed by the Township Attorney, in the event that the Township Attorney cannot handle a matter, issue or proceeding due to a conflict of interest. Such legal services may include, but are not limited to, litigation, administrative proceedings, land use and real property transactions, compliance and due diligence and the provision of legal guidance to the Township's Administration, Mayor and Council, on nonroutine and/or reoccurring legal matters and any other legal services customarily provided by the Township Attorney.
