Additionally, the scope includes the installation of a new steam converter, heating water pump, piping, and accessories. The heating water piping will be extended to serve the new multi-zone unit. Integration of the Johnson Controls (JCI) building automation system will be provided by extending the existing system from the nearby Student Union building.
