Project will include, but is not limited to, the following: ●Removal and disposal of remaining roof covering materials and flashing, where noted in the documents ●Stabilization and patching of the concrete roof deck, including treatment of exposed underlying rebar. ●Selective removal and reinstallation of historic mechanical elements on the roofs. ●Rehabilitation of the headhouse windows including repair or replacement of original steel sashes, installing new polycarbonate glazing, and installing new steel security screens.●Supply and installation of new roof coverings according to drawings and specifications.
