Southern Heights Baptist Church Renovation RFP

Description: Project includes the renovation of an existing church sanctuary and support spaces. The back wall of the sanctuary will be opened up and the existing Mezzanine level will be finished out and accessed by a new stair from the lobby. New finishes will include floors, walls, and ceiling. New plumbing fixtures for (4) gang restrooms. New lighting and reworking of existing HVAC as needed for finishing of mezzanine. The existing baptistry pool will be replaced with new. Existing pews will be removed and replaced with new. Exterior renovation includes all new paint finish for entire brick building (not including the metal legacy center building). Existing porch at main Nashville Street entrance will be demolished and rebuilt, including adjacent sidewalk. Also included is a new monument sign.
