Description: OneShoreline seeks a technical consultant team for a three-year Southern Bayside Cities Shoreline Resilience Plan covering nearly 20 miles of San Francisco Bay shoreline along Belmont, San Carlos, Redwood City, Menlo Park, and East Palo Alto. The work is intended to establish a shared, multi-jurisdictional vision and coordinated roadmap for shoreline investments and policies, including vulnerability assessment, adaptation strategies, community engagement, and implementation and funding planning. This is a consultant-services RFP rather than a grant application; it was released on August 26, 2026, requires registration to access the RFP, and proposals are due Friday, October 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM PT.
