Southampton Commissary Facility Boston, MA Project *Design-Build* RFP

Description: design-build project to include replacement of the rooftop HVAC units, loading dock roll-up doors and air curtains; installation of new space heaters inside the food storage warehouse as well as a high-speed door (similar to a Rytec-type door) between the loading dock and the food storage warehouse; repair of the dish room exhaust system; and restoration of the exterior CMU wall at the west end of the building as well as the fire sprinkler piping inside the food storage warehouse.
