South Laredo Transportation Planning Study RFP

Description: The City of Laredo is soliciting a consultant to conduct the South Laredo Transportation Planning Study to assess current and future multimodal mobility needs in South Laredo and Webb County. The study will perform planning-level analyses of existing and proposed roadways, evaluate multimodal improvements to relieve congestion and improve safety, include public/stakeholder engagement, and produce recommended network and implementation plans. The project is programmed in the Laredo & Webb County MPO FY2025 UPWP and shows LWCAMPO funding ($200,000) for the study; the City (Purchasing Division / Cit-E-Bid portal) is the procurement channel for consultant selection.
