South Dakota State TPA Workers' Compensation - (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide Third Party Claims Administration for the State's Workers' Compensation Program. Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent administration of workers' compensation claims in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and State policies. Implement cost-containment strategies that reduce claim duration and overall program costs while ensuring injured employees receive appropriate medical care and benefits. The contract is for three (3) periods, each with one twelve (12) month period.
