Description: The City of Dearborn is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified and licensed concrete or masonry contractors to repair or replace front steps and/or front porches in order to correct violations. The related city program addresses damaged or deteriorating porches and outdoor steps for eligible owner-occupied single-family homes, with onsite evaluations by the Economic Development Department. Although the homeowner assistance is funded in part by federal grant dollars, this posting is a contractor qualification/procurement opportunity rather than a grant program.
