LRIP Entitlement Project - Chip Seal RFP
Chip sealing is over an existing blacktop road using 3/8" aggregate on the bottom coat topped with fa-2 granite chip using em-8 emulsion. Flex patching will be required prior to application of the chip seal. A 200 foot patch of asphalt coating approximately one inch thick needs to be applied on a short segment of failing asphalt. Road surface must be swept clean with a power brush prior to chip sealing and rolled with a rubber-tired roller and steel drum after application of the chip seal.

Tar Lake Superfund ((Request for Proposals)) Mancelona Township
Provide environmental services for the excavation of contaminated soil and expansion of a bio-sparge system. The project will involve excavation of approximately 172,500 tons of contaminated soil with temporary shoring, backfilling with clean imported soils, installing 45 new bio-sparge wells, and an approximately 160 square foot pre-engineered structure to house the compressors.
