LRIP Entitlement Project - Chip Seal RFP

Description: Chip sealing is over an existing blacktop road using 3/8" aggregate on the bottom coat topped with fa-2 granite chip using em-8 emulsion. Flex patching will be required prior to application of the chip seal. A 200 foot patch of asphalt coating approximately one inch thick needs to be applied on a short segment of failing asphalt. Road surface must be swept clean with a power brush prior to chip sealing and rolled with a rubber-tired roller and steel drum after application of the chip seal.
