Description: The City of Bushnell is soliciting competitive bids to remove the existing roof and install a new roof on the Bushnell GM Building located behind 175 Charles Street in Bushnell, Illinois, with disposal of old roofing material included in the bid price. Bidders must arrange a personal inspection of the roof and adjoining walls and submit a sealed written bid by mail to City Hall; no separate specification sheet will be available. Bids are due no later than August 14, 2026 at 3:00 PM, will be opened at the August 17, 2026 City Council meeting at 5:30 PM, and the successful contractor must meet McDonough County prevailing-wage and insurance requirements.
