Description: This presolicitation is for a base-plus-four-option-year purchase order to provide software support for existing GRAW Radiosondes used by the National Weather Service Program Management Office in Silver Spring, Maryland. The support covers maintenance, modifications, security updates, and compatibility for the proprietary GRAWMET software and systems interfacing with DFM-17 radiosondes and MROS ground stations across 55 NWS sites.
