Description: The Professional Educator Standards Board (PESB), in partnership with the Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC), intends to award a sole-source contract to the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL), Inc. The work will develop consistent, accessible, and rigorous Academic Credit for Prior Learning pathways that recognize verified paraeducator training and work-based learning toward postsecondary credentials and teacher preparation. This is a contract procurement for educational pathway-development services, not a grant program.
