Relocation or Removal of Soil Stockpile

Description: Relocate or remove the soil stockpile. The site contains approx. 136,000 CY of soil, with 17,000 CY required to remain in the original pile; contractors must provide pricing and schedule commitments for removing or relocating all material in excess of 17,000 CY. Proposals must include an offsite haul route and traffic management plan (if applicable), environmental and erosion control measures, a coordination plan with PAAC, and final documentation confirming full removal or relocation.
