PKAB Stockpile Removal at FE Warren AFB, Wyoming
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a one-time commercial service to remove approximately 1,300 cubic yards of concrete and asphalt pavement debris from F.E. Warren Air Force Base and legally dispose of it at an authorized off-base facility. The contractor must provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, secured hauling, cleanup, and disposal documentation in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. This is a total small-business set-aside; a site visit is scheduled for September 10, 2026, and quotes are due by September 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. MDT.
