Software Development and Maintenance Support for Open Air Community Data Portal

Description: The Bay Area Air Quality Management District is seeking a qualified contractor to develop, implement, deploy, and maintain a mobile application and mobile-responsive web application for the Open Air Community Data Portal. The scope covers Phase 1 facility-data software development, the software-development portion of the Refinery Fenceline Monitoring proof of concept, and project management across the broader project, with a fixed-price, milestone-based payment structure. The project is expected to begin in January 2027, deploy by June 2027, and include at least three years of post-deployment maintenance and support; respondents must satisfy a mandatory NDA requirement.
