Social-Emotional Learning and Life Skills Services

Description: Los Angeles County Office of Education is seeking one or more qualified vendors to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, evidence-based social-emotional learning and life-skills workshops and services for foster-care youth ages 11–21 in short-term residential therapeutic programs. The procurement establishes indefinite-quantity agreements with no guaranteed minimum, an initial one-year term, and up to four one-year renewals. Proposals must be submitted electronically and satisfy the stated mandatory certifications, insurance, staffing, service-area, pricing, and formatting requirements.
