Description: The University of Massachusetts, through its Unified Procurement Services Team (UPST) in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, is soliciting bids from qualified suppliers for comprehensive snow removal services across multiple UMass campuses. The work includes the labor, equipment, and materials needed to perform the services described in Attachment G, and suppliers must demonstrate qualifications, relevant experience, capacity, key personnel, project approach, and references.
