Furnish all labor, equipment, and supervision to provide seasonal snow removal and de-icing across driving lanes, parking spaces, fire lanes, entryways, stairs, public sidewalks, courtyard pathways, and emergency exit routes at 6 properties. Service triggers automatically when accumulation hits 1" or more based on National Weather Service data. Contractor applies client-provided bulk de-icing salt and must monitor stock capacity.
