The board discussed and took action on several housing authority items, including the adoption of 2026 payment standards, a civil engineering contract for Willoughby Corner, and a snow removal contract. Commissioners also reviewed a local minimum wage ordinance, authorized various grant applications, and approved amendments to multiple construction and environmental remediation contracts. Additionally, the board adopted legislative and budget principles, confirmed previous executive session topics, authorized several future executive sessions regarding property, legal, and labor matters, and noted the rescheduling of a public hearing.

The board discussed and approved various items including a grant agreement for homeless response, multiple bid waivers for human services and information technology services, and the award of a bridge replacement contract. Additionally, the commissioners reviewed funding recommendations for emergency healthcare and food security, addressed a conservation easement amendment for agricultural use, confirmed executive session topics, authorized future executive sessions regarding hiring and litigation, and issued a proclamation for Transgender Day of Visibility. A public hearing was also held to receive updates from the Boulder County Housing Authority.

The board held a public hearing regarding the Mariner-Sucharov Residence appeal. The discussion centered on a site plan review application for the deconstruction of an existing residence and the construction of a new 2,500 square foot residence located in the Forestry zoning district. The board ultimately voted to uphold the Director's Determination on the docket with additional conditions.

The board conducted a general public comment session and held a public hearing regarding proposed text amendments to the Land Use Code pertaining to residential uses, specifically addressing boarding house and group care or foster home classifications. Following the hearing, the board moved to table the associated docket to a date uncertain.
