AvailableSnow and/or Ice Clearing Mobilization. Snow and/or ice clearing services under this contract shall be performed within individual mobilizations. A single mobilization shall be considered complete when ALL the following have been met: Snowfall has stopped for a four-hour period. Snow has been removed from all paved surfaces. Roadways have been salted such that there are no untreated areas greater than 150 SF; Intersections are cleared to 95% exposed pavement and all slipping or skidding hazards have been controlled for a distance of 75 F in each direction.
