The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, test equipment, consumables (except Government-furnished materials identified herein), transportation, and quality control necessary to perform the following: Preventive Maintenance and Annual Inspections: Perform complete annual inspections and associated preventive actions on designated scissor lifts and boom lifts in strict accordance with TE-1 (Boom Lift) and TE-2 (Scissor Lift).
